"My life changed with Archi's Academy"

Surumi is an ordinary wife and mom from India. She completed her Master's in Software Engineering in 2014. After that, she had engaged with some coaching for competitive exams. Along with that, she tried jobs at different campuses. But the search stopped. She got pregnant in 2016. After a two years break, in 2019, she started learning stenography. But got stopped by the arrival of the covid pandemic, back to normal. But there comes the savior. Khaleel, the cousin of Surumi, is informed about Archi's Academy. He asked her to be part of Archi's community. She was a bit confused about whether she could do it or not. Our CEO, Tofi, finds out that she lacks confidence, and he motivates her.

She was part of the first-ever batch of Archis (Team Aries), which started in May 2020. We have trainees from different parts of the world. She was worried about her communication skills at the beginning. But later, she improved and became fully involved in the actual work experience. She started learning new tools day by day. She had that passion for learning new things. After two months of training, her confidence level increased. In January 2021, she joined Archi's Academy as a QA Trainer. She is still learning new things, and currently, she is trained in DevOps. She always has that passion for getting upskilled.

Surumi got successful because of our work environment, time flexibility, and her hardworking attitude. We should love what we are doing. Then the chance of success is 100%.
